5) How to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use and processing of your personal data (ARCO rights) or revoke your consent for the processing of your data? 

You have the constitutional right to access and know the personal data we hold about you, as well as the details of its processing and use, and to rectify and correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel and delete it when you consider that it is not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, or that it is being used for purposes not authorized by you or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or to oppose its processing for specific purposes.

How can you limit the use and disclosure of your personal data? 

If you wish to stop receiving messages from us that are not essential to providing you with the services indicated, please send your request to our Data Protection Officer who will inform you of the mechanisms implemented for this purpose. 

How to revoke consent for the processing of your personal data? 

If you wish to revoke the consent you gave us for the use of your personal data, send your request to our Data Protection Officer who will inform you of the mechanisms implemented for this purpose. 

6) Transfer of personal data 

Your personal data will only be shared with the CIGRE association and will not be transferred to third parties or companies. To fulfill the purposes established in this Privacy Notice, your data may only be shared with authorities who justify doing so. 

7) Modifications to the privacy notice 

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time to address new legislation, internal policies, or new requirements for providing or offering our services or products. These modifications will be available to the public at www.jarstech.com

Use of cookies, web beacons and JavaScript 

Cookies are small pieces of information automatically sent by our website and stored in your browser. This allows the website to access this information to understand your previous activity and streamline processes such as maintaining your session or identifying which sections of the site you have already visited.

8) To whom can you submit your complaints and reports regarding the improper handling of your personal data? 

If, after exercising your ARCO Rights with JARRSTEC SA de CV and JARRSTECH LLC through the mechanisms established in this Privacy Notice, you consider that the response has been unsatisfactory or incomplete; or you suspect that your right to personal data protection has been violated by any conduct or action on our part; or you have evidence that in the processing of your personal data there is any violation of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file the corresponding complaint or report.
